I love these wood plates. The wood is holding up when I hand wash them. I haven't tried the bowls but if they are anything like the plates I believe they would be great.

There is a small piece that says Escarvarge instead of Hines. I was asking for something similar to the one you made for Heather Escarvarge. I am away until April but when I return to Vancouver, I will send you the piece that needs to be corrected. I'm happy to pay for it, since it wasn't;t very clear! Thanks Molly McNeice

This is my second purchase and have been enjoying using Acacia wooden plates and bowls from Creations By Alfie. Both times - they are as beautiful as they are sturdy apart from that eating wood is as charming as they make for unparalleled wold world charm. All plates and bowls are solid pieces and unlike less expensive ones from other stores that are made from glued together pieces. I was also gifted (without me asking) 2 small pieces I now use as a condiment/sauce container and a small dish container.
The quality of this product is absolutely outstanding. Our only disappointment was that our order came much later than we expected. The artist did contact us to let us know it would be late, so the communication was good. Unfortunately for us, it is a gift we were planning to bring on our road trip and now we will be paying for shipping to deliver the gift rather than delivering ourselves.
Besides shipping delay, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and we were grateful for the clear communication from the artist. Thank you for a one of a kind, beautifully personalized gift for our great grampa!!!!
