Creations by Alfie began as a heartfelt endeavor during the pandemic, led by Alfie, who used to work as a breakfast chef in a hotel. Meanwhile, her husband, Brian, worked as a proposal manager in a large heat exchanger company. When the pandemic hit, Alfie decided to channel her creative energy into something new and meaningful. She started by making masks for her family, teaching herself the craft through YouTube tutorials. This humble beginning sparked a passion for creating, and soon she opened an Etsy shop to share her creations with a wider audience.

Inspired by her Filipino heritage and a desire to support local artisans, Alfie began importing acacia ware from the Philippines. She wanted to bring the beautiful craftsmanship of these local artisans to the global market, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their talents.
